2.5 You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the Platform using your account information. Any unauthorized use of your account is strictly prohibited, and Mintorage reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in response to such activities.
2.6 Mintorage may, from time to time, request additional information or verification to ensure the security and integrity of user accounts. Failure to provide requested information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2.7 Mintorage may, in its sole discretion, refuse registration or suspend accounts of users who violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the security and integrity of the Platform.
3.1 The Platform is provided for informational and transactional purposes related to cryptocurrency exchange. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.1 Mintorage facilitates crypto currency transactions between users. Users agree to conduct transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Mintorage is not responsible for the performance of crypto currency transactions or for any loss or damage resulting from such transactions. Users are solely responsible for their transactions.
4.3 Users understand and acknowledge that crypto currency transactions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations and technical failures. Mintorage does not guarantee the success or profitability of any transaction and encourages users to exercise due diligence and seek professional advice.
4.4 Mintorage reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reverse any transaction in the event of suspected fraud, security concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms. Users agree to cooperate fully with Mintorage in any investigations related to their transactions.
5.1 Mintorage collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Mintorage does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform.
7.1 Mintorage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9.1 All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Mintorage or its licensors. Users agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the intellectual property without the express written consent of Mintorage.
9.2 Users may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Mintorage's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Mintorage.
This Dispute and Complaint Resolution Policy is an essential component of Mintorage's Terms and Conditions, delineating the process for addressing conflicts and grievances arising from the use of Mintorage services.
10.1 Scope and Applicability
Applying to all disputes, complaints, or disagreements between users and Mintorage related to the use of services on the Mintorage platform, this policy mandates users to notify Mintorage of any dispute or complaint through the official email address. Users must clearly outline the nature of the issue, include relevant transaction details, and provide supporting evidence. Disputes and complaints should be raised within 24 hours from the transaction or relevant occurrence.
Upon receiving a dispute or complaint notification, Mintorage commits to acknowledging it within 5 business days. The dedicated team will thoroughly review the matter, potentially gathering additional information from the involved parties. Mintorage aims to resolve disputes and address complaints within 30 working days from acknowledging the submission.
10.2 Resolution Outcome
Users will be notified of the resolution or outcome of the dispute or complaint via the email provided during registration. The resolution provided by Mintorage is binding and considered final, adhering to applicable laws. Mintorage's liability in dispute and complaint resolution aligns with the "Limitation of Liability" section of the Terms of Use.
10.3 Fraudulent or Unlawful Activities
If a dispute or complaint involves allegations of fraudulent or other illegal activities, Mintorage retains the right to take supplementary actions, including reporting to relevant authorities and collaborating with law enforcement institutions.
11.1 All deals made on Mintorage are final due to the nature of the cryptocurrency markets. Review the official return policy listed below.
11.2 Any contributions made to Mintorage members' accounts may, at the user's request, be returned to the original funding method so long as the money is still present in the user's original fiat balance. If only a portion of the funds remains in the user account, a partial refund may be processed upon the user's request.
11.3 All refund requests will be processed using the same payment method as the initial financing.
11.4 Funds that have been used to buy bitcoin through the Mintorage system cannot be refunded.
11.5 Money that has already been removed from the Mintorage website using one of the numerous methods is not eligible for a refund.
